Silvan is advising Swiss and international financial institutions as well as fintechs on financial market regulations. He has more than 6 years experience with a Big4, law firms and Swiss courts and is specialized in Swiss regulations, such as FINFRAG, BEHG, BANKG, KAG, GWG and the upcoming FIDLEG and FINIG as well as in EU Regulations, such as EMIR, BMR, MAR, UCITSD, AIFMD and MIFID II. Silvan advised several startups from the fintech sector on initial coin offerings and proprietary or client trading activities in cryptocurrencies. He is moreover lecturing business law at a university of applied sciences since more than 7 years.
